Registration:
Participants must register themselves using the online registration form on our website and is binding. Late arrival will result in the course being canceled and the full course fee being charged. So please arrive on time.

Payments:
The course fee must be paid in cash by the participant on the first day of the course, otherwise the course will be canceled immediately. Participants have the opportunity to go to the bank until after the lunch break on the first day of the course. Card payment is not possible!

Cancellation of driving lessons:

Agreed lessons must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation must be made by telephone, SMS or WhatsApp. The time of receipt of the notification applies. Cancellations via third parties cannot be accepted.

Missed lessons:
Missed lessons can only be made up if the first lesson has been completed. Making up lessons is only possible after consultation with the course instructors and is free of charge.
Please note: Refunds of course fees due to missed lessons are excluded. Passes are only issued for fully attended courses.

Missed cancellations:
Up to 7 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee.
At the start of the course: 100% of the course fee.
In the event of non-attendance, 100% of the course fee will be charged in any case,
except in cases of accident or illness with a medical certificate.

Certificates:
The emergency helper certificate is issued directly on site after successful completion of the course.
Upon completion of the VKU course, confirmation is sent directly to the Road Traffic Office.

Course leader / instructor:
If a course leader is unavailable, a substitute can be appointed.

Exclusion:
Driveup Zürich GmbH reserves the right to exclude from the course any person who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, who disrupts the lessons or who does not behave respectfully and appropriately towards other participants or instructors, without any refund of the course fee. Participants who have been expelled from the course will not be considered for future courses.

Organization:
The courses are only held with a minimum number of 5 participants. If there are too many registrations, only the first 12 will be confirmed. The course language is exclusively Swiss German!

Insurance:
For all courses organized and run by Driveup Zürich GmbH, any liability for damage to property and personal injury is excluded. Each participant is responsible for taking out sufficient insurance cover.
The use of the facilities is at the participant’s own risk.
Compulsory insurance must be taken out for the driving lessons at the first lesson. Driveup Zürich GmbH cannot be held liable for theft and loss of objects and valuables.

General provisions of the GTC:
Driveup Zürich GmbH reserves the right to amend or supplement the GTC at any time. Registration is only valid if the GTCs are accepted.
